Can you help if I don't know my diagnosis?
Yes. Tell us what is troubling you and share any records you already have. We help you identify suitable next steps and arrange the appropriate hospital consultation. Diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by the treating clinicians.
Do you help patients from my country?
We welcome enquiries from patients worldwide. Your language, travel requirements and care needs guide the arrangements — not a preset list of countries.
What is included in the free consultation?
An initial conversation with a medical-travel assistant about your needs, available coordination support and next steps. Medical appointments, treatment and any paid planning or travel support are quoted separately before you commit.
Can my family travel with me?
Tell us who will accompany you. We can include companion accommodation, meals, transport and accessibility needs in the proposed itinerary.
